Appointments

To schedule an appointment by phone: 316-721-4544

All of our physicians are available to care for you and your family. Our regular office hours are as follows:
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Patients are seen by scheduled appointment: therefore, you will need to call in advance so that we may reserve an appointment time for you. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please provide us with ample notice so that it is possible to schedule another patient. It is our hope and intention to stay on schedule, however sometimes emergencies arise which detain the physician longer than anticipated. We appreciate your patience and understanding if this situation occurs.

If you are a first-time patient please be at the office at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete registration information.

If you are an established patient please arrive at the office at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please have your insurance card available at each visit.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in the event you have a wait while checking in for your appointment.

  • Confirm that your name and other personal information in the message is correct.
  • Review the message before sending it to make sure that it is clear and that all relevant information is included.
  • Update your contact information as soon as it changes.
  • All messages should be concise. If e-mail messages are too lengthy you may be asked to call in to the office to discuss the subject matter.
