Gretchen Stroberg, Nutritionist

Gretchen Stroberg, RD, LD, CDCES is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist. She graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor's degree in public health nutrition, dietetics, and kinesiology, and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Gretchen has a unique approach to nutrition counseling, understanding the importance of both a healthy relationship with food and self-care. She provides Medical Nutrition Therapy for diabetes, weight loss or gain, heart health, gastrointestinal issues or food allergies, and many other diagnoses.

Michelle Weber, RN, BSN, CDCES

Michelle Weber, RN, BSN, CDCES is a registered nurse and certified diabetes care and education specialist with over 25 years of experience educating people with diabetes.  She graduated from Wichita State University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She started working with people with diabetes in the Wichita area in 1993 with a group of renown endocrinologists. She started as our program coordinator for group diabetes classes at WWFP in 2002. She has a passion for helping people understand how to manage their disease and believes a team approach between the patient, family, doctor, diabetes educators, and other medical professionals is the key to living a healthy life with diabetes.
