Erica Shaver MS, RD, LD is a Registered Dietitian and graduated from the University of Nebraska with dual bachelor’s degrees in dietetics and nutrition, exercise and health sciences. She completed her master’s degree and dietetic internship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. Erica has experience with Medical Nutrition Therapy for diabetes, cancer, pediatrics, weight loss or gain, heart health, bariatric surgery nutrition, nutrition support and many other diagnoses.
